OK A FEW EXPLANATIONS.
1.We had a regular battle night on Wednesdays for about 10 years, we played at Morphs garage, we had 2 cool tables set up, an 8 x 4 desert themed and a 5 x 3 grey one for Cityfight and death world theme.About 18 months ago we had to give up this awesome venue. We also stored our terrain collection there (including 12 cityfight buildings).No reasonable explanation has been given.
2.We relocated to my house, and as I have limited space (the dining room table approx 5 x 3) we have been reduced to playing Blood Bowl, Deathwatch RPG, Space Hulk and Zombies!!!
3.No pictures due to a hormonal teenage daughter banning me from her camera.
ATTENDANCE.
All the usual suspects show up.
1.Myself BTB (hard not to as it`s my place)
ARMIES: Black Templars,Tau,Chaos Daemons,Orks,(and my sons Space Wolves).
2.Morph.
ARMIES: Space Wolves and Necrons.
3.Lone Chainy (more affectionately known as Sheldon).
ARMIES: Ultramarines,Tau (and his sons IG).Some Warmachine nonsense.
4.The Northern Lighter Thief .
ARMIES: Orks.
5.Gruff.
ARMIES: Blood Angels
EVENINGS` FESTIVITIES.
SHELDON vs THE NORTHERN LIGHTER THIEF.
FINAL BLOODBOWL LEAGUE GAME.
Sheldons Necromantic Undead The Cleaved and Brown, current league leaders play the final league fixture of the season against The Northern Lighter Thief`s Orks Orkfield,playing for a 2nd place finish.
This turned out to be a tense encounter,(any game against Sheldon usually is,the dude is so ANAL) and a closely fought 1-1 draw being the final score.Not that many hi-lights, although the death of one of The Northern Lighter Thief`s Black Orcs was celebrated with a chorus of BLACK ORC DOWN. This resulted finalised the league table.
WINNER:
SHELDON.THE CLEAVED AND BROWN: W-5 L-0 D-2 = 17 PTS.
RUNNER UP.
THE NORTHERN LIGHTER THIEF.ORKFIELD: W-3 L-3 D-1= 10 PTS
3RD PLACE.
BTB.HUMAN. TSK. THE SERIAL KILLERS: W-3 L-4 D-0= 9 PTS
4TH PLACE.
MORPH.HUMAN.BAD BAY HACKERS: W-2 L-4 D-2= 7 PTS
LAST.
GRUFF.ORCS.GRUFFS ORCS: W-1 L-3 OTHER GAMES VOID.= 3 PTS.
Sheldon is declared LEAGUE CHAMPION and will be presented with his "TROPHY" next week.(Pics to follow.) As Sheldon is also league commissioner he threw Gruff out of the league for not meeting his fixture requirement.(Did I mention he was ANAL).

MORPH vs BTB.
Our first game of Dungeonbowl in many a year so this was a sedate affair with much stopping and starting to check rules etc.Morph takes a well deserved win,by 9 o`clock so we all sit in on the league game, much banter and piss taking ensues.
You may not have noticed that I haven`t mentioned Gruff much,this is because he was late as usual, as being the last to arrive Gruff got to roll the "excuse dice".His result was "I thought I had Man-flu but it turns out it was the wife and kids"
OTHER POINTS OF INTEREST.
1.Sheldon tries once again to sell us on Warmachine, but everybody NFI as usual.
2.We try to find out the likely return date to Morphs Mysterious Garage by asking the man himself , (again), the scoop, and I quote "Don`t know at the moment.Haven`t got a f*&$ing clue" thereby not answering the question yet again.
So there you have it another Wednesday Night Battle Night without a battle, tune in next week to see who turns up, another roll on the "excuse dice",possibly a new season of Bloodbowl, and more lies from Morph about the return to MORPH`S MYSTERIOUS GARAGE. To be fair this was the 1st night in about 2 months that everyone has shown upto which was excellent.More tales of heroic deeds fuelled by Pepsi Max next week.
