YET ANOTHER WEDNESDAY NIGHT BAT REP WITHOUT A BATTLE
Welcome one and all to an account of our gaming crews famous (nearly) Wednesday Night throwdown, as some of you may know we as a group are facing spatial challenges, so for now we are struggling along in my dining room.Thankfully my wife isn`t a controlling psychotic hell bitch so we can play at mine.
ATTENDANCE
ME - I live here so can`t not make it really
MORPH - Armed with beer as always
GRUFF - Allowed out to play with his DEADBEAT friends
ANAL - There will be no calling him Sheldon again

EVENING`S ACTION
We havn`t got the room for 40K and Blood Bowl seems to have ground to a halt, so we broke out the old standby ZOMBIES!!! Much fun and zombie slaying mayhem all round, if you havn`t played it you really should check it out.
Two games were squeezed in this evening and MORPH won them both getting to the chopper on both occasions.Much banter and B.S. accompanied both games,along with a chat about 40K seeing as they snuck in 6th edition.
We havn`t even bought the new rules yet as we don`t play regularly enough.(due to lack of a place,not a lack of interest) yet.
So it went something like this :- ANAL said that when he went to our local gaming club,Crusaders, not one game of 40K was played the previous weekend. We all asked why? ANAL then said that nobody liked the new rules,and the feeling at the club was that this along with all the recent price rises and news of more,was that GW had f*^ked off more than a few people.Now this is coming from an official GCN member club,yet they are all playing Warmachine.
ANAL has a new Warmachine army,Infinity army and the one with the forge fathers against the orx.This is on top of his 40k stuff. Every week he promotes one or the other, now the rest of us haven`t got anywhere near his disposable income,which brings me to my predicament.
My predicament is that I have spent several hundred pounds on GW`s products and if I walk away from 40K all that stuff is just going to sit in a cupboard,plus I don`t have the cash to spend on a new system and army. Thanks a f%*^ing bunch GW.

I BET YOU THOUGHT I HAD DIED

MASSIVE APOLOGIES (A.W.O.L. AGAIN)
It has been many months since my last confession post,real life and illness literally brought things to a grinding halt. I now seem to have the time and energy to resume my hobby activities again.
Hopefully this should lead to a regular (or semi-regular) series of posts once more.

WHAT`S BEEN GOING ON THEN?
Our brave and intrepid band of "HOBBYNAUTS" is still meeting once a week,there has been some shocking attendances,several times nobody showed up including myself.On other occasions just one or two attendees.
The Bloodbowl league seems to have fallen flat on it`s a$$,like a well blocked lineman.We were half way through a season when Anal (he does not deserve the moniker of Sheldon anymore) threw all his toys out of his pram,did I mention he was a bad loser,because he lost a game and sustained several injuries to his starting line-up.
Anal`s answer the next week was to change the rules,literally,he got himself a copy of the new "competition" rules and insisted we use these,as there was a way to balance games with inducements,because he didn`t have "fun" the week before.
Instead of telling him to f&*k off we all agreed to restart the season,including team re-writes,so half way through this new improved season he loses another game and promptly disappears for several weeks. What a w*^ker. We are still waiting on him to complete his fixtures for the first half of the season.
So for now we are treading water playing ZOMBIES!!! until we move venues at the end of the month.
Hopefully this move will materialise and we can get back to 40K at last.
